4 Person Pepper Warm Up Without Stoppage

Purpose
Continuous warm-up drill requiring good ball-control skills.

Instructions
Setup
Four players start in a rough square. Player (A) starts with the ball, with player (B) diagonally opposite.
Step 1
Player (A) starts by hitting the ball diagonally opposite to player (B), who passes the ball up for player (C).
Emphasise controlled hits - the aim is to continue the drill, not to 'win'.
Players should start on the balls of their feet, ready to move if needed.
Step 2
Player (C) sets the ball diagonally opposite to player (D), who hits it back at player (C). Player (C) passes the ball up to player (B), and the drill continues.
Emphasise high passes and sets - give players time to react.
If the drill breaks down, simply catch the ball and start again.
