  • Setup

    2 players start on the attack line, (pairs can chose any line on the court) with both players touching the ball with both hands.
  • Step 1

    Both players push against the ball, keeping your feet still.
  • Step 2

    When the coach blows the whistle, players must move along the line in the same direction.
  • Step 3

    While moving, players compete using their body strength to push through the ball to push the opponent off-line.
  • Step 4

    Once the pair reach the end of the line, the pair reset either where they finished or back to the beginning spot.
