Setup
2 teams of 3 players on each side of the court (Green & Red).
Step 1
Player (A) starts the drill by tossing/digging the ball into the air towards (B). (A) then turns and has to run to the baseline before re-entering the game.
Step 2
(B) then digs towards (C), who also turns to run to the baseline before re-entering the game.
Step 3
(C) then has to dig the ball over the net towards the red team.
Step 4
The green team then have to copy the sequence:
Dig, then run to their own baseline
3rd player must dig across the net
Step 5
To improve accuracy and movement in a controlled drill at the net.
