Purpose
With multiple balls on the court this drill requires high concentration and co-ordination.

Instructions
Setup
A coach (CO) has 2 balls by the net-pole. Each side of the court there is 5 players, 3 in the attack zone and 2 in the defensive zone.
Step 1
The coach (CO) tosses a ball to player (A).
Step 2
Player (A) then passes the ball to player (C).
Step 3
Meanwhile, the coach (CO) passes another ball almost simultaneously to player (B).
Step 4
Player (B) then passes to player (C).
Step 5
Player (C) always sets to either player (E) behind them, or player (D) in front of them.
Step 6
Players (D) and (E) must set the ball across the net and across court to players (I) and (F) respectively.
Step 7
Players (I) and (F) pass to player (G) on their side of the court.
Step 8
Player (G) has the same role as player (C) and must set behind, or in front them to players (H) and (J).
Step 9
Players (H) and (J) set the ball across the net and across court back to players (A) and (B), where the drill continues.
Step 10
Once the group can handle 2 balls, the coach can toss in another 2 to make the drill more difficult.
Challenge the group and ask them for no mistakes for 30 seconds.
