A simple warm up drill to work on your peripheral vision and setting ability.

Instructions
Setup
No more than 6 players per group. Each group has their own back court area. All players find a spot on the back court markings at least 2m away from the next player.
Step 1
Players start to set themselves on the spot.
Step 2
When the coach blows the whistle, players begin to move in an ANTI-CLOCKWISE direction, continuously setting themselves.
Coaches can suggest to blow the whistle to change direction to make it harder.
Step 3
Players must do their best to stick to the line.
