Setup
One person find a space on the court. Each person has a ball each.
Step 1
Player (A) sets the ball high to themselves.
Step 2
(A) lets the ball bounce in front of them, before setting up high to themselves again.
Step 3
Coaches can progress this drill by:
Using 2 people to set alternatively
Place a hoop on the floor and set into the hoop for added accuracy
