A core strengthening drill that will improve players jump and overall stability.

  • Setup

    Each player finds a spot in the arena, facing a wall, and lay facing forward so their head is no more than 2m away from the wall.
  • Step 1

    The player must set the ball to the wall so it rebounds directly into their hands.
    Keep feet OFF THE GROUND to build up your core muscles
  • Step 2

    Players can first try 3 in a row, rest, then 5 in a row, rest, then 7, rest, then 10.
    Challenge the players to see how many they can do before their feet touches the floor.
