  • Setup

    In the group of 6, split up into teams of 2, (A), (B) & (C) and stand facing each other approximately 3m away from each other as the diagram shows.
  • Step 1

    On the coaches whistle, each pair throw the ball to each other, with bent knees.
  • Step 2

    All partners move away from the net towards the baseline simultaneously.
  • Step 3

    Once teams (A), (B) & (C) reach the baseline, pairs split and run around the outside of the court back to the net.
  • Step 4

    The sequence repeats.
