Volleyball Push-ups
Purpose
Improving a players core strength and balance.

Instructions
Setup
One ball per player. Each player to find a space on the court with plenty of room around them.
Step 1
The player must do one push up with hands either side of the ball.
Step 2
Once completed the push up, the player must place both hands on the ball and complete another push up.
Step 3
This sequence continues.
Step 4
The coach can use a whistle to start/stop players, and have a stopwatch ready to monitor the length of the drill to encourage strength and endurance.
