Purpose
This drill will help refine a players ability to think quickly and set with accuracy.

Instructions
Setup
Coach (CO) stands in Zone 3 with a trolley of balls. 2 cones are marked on the attack/sideline and the back corner. A setter (C) stands in Zone 3.
Step 1
Coach (CO) tosses or firmly spikes the ball down toward (A).
Step 2
(A) starts on the floor. When (CO) slaps the ball before they spike, (A) rises and moves forward to position (B).
Step 3
The player, now in position (B), sets towards (C).
Step 4
While (C) sets back to (CO), the player at (B) then runs around the attack line cone, and back around the court back to position (A).
Step 5
The next player in position (A) lays stomach down and the sequence starts again.
