Emphasises ball control and footwork working individually.

Setup
Player starts with a ball against a wall. Ideally, have a marking/line on the wall that the player must dig above (simulating a 'net')
Step 1
Player starts by throwing the ball into the wall, and then performing a dig back into the wall. Repeat.
If players lose control of the ball, restart the drill
Emphasise footwork and getting in position to dig correctly
